Stamps.com Launches Photo NetStamps

New PC Postage Version 6.0 Features NetStamps with Custom Logos and Images

LOS ANGELES, September 6, 2006 – Stamps.com® Inc. (Nasdaq: STMP), the leading provider of Internet–based postage services, today announced the launch of Photo NetStamps®, an innovative product that allows PC Postage™ customers to easily and cost–effectively create customized postage by uploading a digital image or business logo, and then ordering sheets of Photo NetStamps labels pre–printed with their image in photo–quality color. Customers can then print exactly the postage amount they need, when they need it, on the Photo NetStamps labels using their PC Postage software and their own printer.

“Photo NetStamps combines the customization of PhotoStamps® and the convenience of NetStamps into this fantastic new product for our PC Postage customers,” said Ken McBride, President and CEO. “Photo NetStamps will give our customers a great new way to generate awareness for their products or to build their brand while maintaining the convenience and ease–of–use that has made NetStamps so popular.”

Photo NetStamps are an extension of the popular NetStamps suite of products. NetStamps are Stamps.com’s most popular PC Postage feature with more than 6 million sheets, or 150 million individual NetStamps postage labels, ordered by customers over the past year. Unlike other forms of PC Postage or metered postage, NetStamps are not tied to an address or to a date, allowing the postage to be used whenever it is needed. Photo NetStamps are available under the same market test as PhotoStamps.

To order Photo NetStamps, customers simply upload a digital photograph or image file from within the PC Postage product, customize the look by choosing between portrait or landscape image formats, zoom or rotate the image, then place the order. Each Photo NetStamps sheet contains 24 individual labels, and sheets are delivered in a few business days. The overall dimensions of each label are 2 1/4 inches wide by 1 1/16 inches high, including an image area of 1 7/16 inches by 1 1/16 inches (an image ratio of 1.35 to 1).

Photo NetStamps may be ordered through Stamps.com’s new PC Postage version 6.0, available immediately at www.stamps.com/download. The new version 6.0 also features other product enhancements including a completely revamped mailing and shipping supplies store and support for international shipping labels with fully integrated customs forms.
